These settings are for the special case where you might want projection paint the page down onto a 3D object. In most cases you would use Canvas object for painting, but in the rare case that you may have a PDF page setup and wish to project it onto an object this will allow you to do so along with the Paint Brush Standard tool.
These options are the same as those for the Canvas. Please refer to the Canvas documentation for more info.
