Underneath this tab will be a new tab for every additional library that you have installed into your Cinema 4D user preferences/library/browser folder..
Each tab will display all the images from the libraries.
To enable loading of these libraries you need to check the box in the "Preferences->Plugins 4D->Content View" and then restart Cinema 4D.
