This Brush is only available to user who have the Sculpting System. That is all users of the Studio version of Cinema 4D and also all BodyPaint 3D users.
This is an experimental brush for now and will allow you to paint and sculpt on a model at the same time.
More work will be done in future versions to bring more sculpt+paint workflows to the plugin. But for now this feature is in its very early stages.
